RSBL Commodities will send you periodical statements where you can view the details of your bullion transactions.

+ Lend Bullion?
Once you instruct RSBL Commodities to lend your bullion, it will be at the sole discretion of RSBL Commodities to decide whom to lend and for what time period. The bullion will only be lent to professional bullion market participants against adequate security and after thorough KYC.
+ Sell Bullion?
You can sell back your gold and silver to RSBL without taking physical delivery and instructing RSBL Commodities Private Limited for the same.
+ Withdraw Bullion?
Withdrawing of bullion is a hassle-free process and can be done by simply instructing RSBL Commodities.

Lending income will be paid to you annually.
+ Switch to a different vaulting agency/vault?
You cannot switch to another vaulting agency. It is at the sole discretion of RSBL Commodities to decide which vaulting agency to be associated with. However, at the time of purchase of bullion, you may decide whether you want to store it in the vaults located at Mumbai or Ahmedabad.
+ Nominate, just in case of death?
In your documentation, there is a provision to appoint a nominee. In case of death, the nominee becomes the legal heir of the bullion.
