- Receipt of advance payments
- For all the advance payments made, RSBL would issue receipts to the investor.
- Instruction slip for giving purchase instructions to RSBL
- The investor needs to send the purchase instructions to RSBL by fax/email using this instruction slip.
- Invoice of bullion purchase
- RSBL would raise the invoice for the bullion purchased by the Investor.
- Investor-RSBL Commodities agreement
- An agreement between Investor and RSBL Commodities Private Limited will be signed at the time of the purchase of bullion.
- Know Your Customer (KYC) Documents
-The investor would be required to furnish the necessary KYC documents at the time of signing the agreement.
- Instruction Slip of transfer of Bullion from RSBL to RSBL Commodities
- A copy of the instruction slip facilitating the transfer of Investor's bullion from RSBL to RSBL Commodities Private Limited will be given to the investor.
- Storage Receipt
- A copy of the storage receipt will be issued by RSBL Commodities Private Limited's vaults for the investor to confirm the transfer and storage of bullion in the vaults.
- Audit Report and Statements
- Independent audit will be carried out on the stock in the vault regularly. Details of the audit, statement of applicable charges and the income earned will be sent to investors.
